Pricing

Listings show the price we last observed at the vendor. The timestamp under each price ("Live · 2h") is when our system last verified it. Prices come from three sources: scraping the vendor's product page (most common), vendor-provided feeds (a handful of brands), and manual admin entry for promo codes and stock changes we catch before the scraper does. We don't take prices from third-party aggregators or directories.

$/mg ranking

For every listing we compute price ÷ total_mg in cents per mg. That number drives the color-coded pill on every card (emerald for ≤4¢/mg, lime for ≤6¢/mg, amber for ≤10¢/mg, rose above). The thresholds are calibrated against the current catalog distribution and adjust as the market shifts. Brand and product listings sort by this metric ascending — cheapest first.

Lab testing

Chain-of-custody samples ship from either the consumer who paid for the test, the brand, or a third-party retailer (with the retailer's name in the COC document). The sample arrives at SD Pharm Labs in a sealed package whose tracking number is logged. SD Pharm runs an HPLC alkaloid panel, plus heavy metals and microbials when ordered. We receive the raw COA PDF and publish it verbatim on the product page along with a 1–2 sentence plain-language summary. We don't edit the COA.

Reviews

User-submitted via the form at the bottom of every product page. We moderate before publication: light copyediting for clarity, never altering substance. We reject reviews that read as paid promotions, are clearly fake, or violate site rules. Brands cannot request takedowns of negative reviews; the only takedown reason is reviewer-request (you submitted it, you can email us to remove it).

Corrections

Email corrections@7oh.org with a factual error. We aim to fix within 2 business days. If the error materially misled readers, we add a corrections note dated to when the fix shipped.

What we do not do

• We do not make medical or harm-reduction claims about any product. Where research is cited, the primary source is linked.
• We do not accept payment from a brand to alter, hide, or remove any listing, lab result, or review.
• We do not insert vendor-supplied content into product descriptions without flagging it as such.
