Terms & Conditions for Communications

These terms explain how 7OH.org contacts you when you add your name or check the communications-consent box. By checking that box, you agree to the following. Adding your name to the campaign does not require you to agree to these communications terms — they are optional.
What you agree to receive
When you check the consent box, you agree to receive campaign updates, action alerts, and marketing messages from 7OH.org and its affiliates, partners, and successors. These messages may promote related products, services, and offers, in addition to advocacy and campaign content.
How we may contact you
You agree that we may contact you at the email address, mobile number, and other contact details you provide, including by automated and prerecorded text messages, SMS/MMS, automated telephone dialing systems, and automated or prerecorded calls. Consent to automated marketing messages is not a condition of adding your name or of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency & costs
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan. 7OH.org is not responsible for charges from your mobile carrier.
How to opt out
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text; reply HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or at our unsubscribe page. Opting out of one channel does not automatically opt you out of the others.
Eligibility
You confirm you are at least 18 years old and that the contact information you provide is your own or that you are authorized to provide it.
Your information
We use the information you provide to run the campaign and to send the communications described above. We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties. For questions about your data, contact hello@7oh.org.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version and effective date above will change when we do. Material changes affecting your consent will be communicated to you.
